Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Sale, as well as any additional terms provided during the checkout process.

🚚 SHIPPING
- GORILASPAIN offers worldwide shipping.
- Orders are shipped via Correos España and its international delivery partners.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product type, and order volume.
- Estimated delivery times are indicated within each product description whenever applicable.

The CUSTOMER may choose from the following payment methods:

📦 CLAIMS & RETURNS
🔧 Defective or damaged products
- If any product arrives defective or damaged, the CUSTOMER has up to 1 month from the date of delivery to report the issue.
- To do so, the CUSTOMER must send an email to hello@gorilaspain.com including:
- Order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or fault
- A brief explanation of the issue
- If the claim is validated, GORILASPAIN will cover the return shipping costs and replace the item with the same product, or with a similar one if the original is out of stock.
🚫 Voluntary returns
- Voluntary returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or style are NOT accepted.
