Little Simz Stars in Miu Miu AW24 Campaign Alongside Cara Delevingne and Ethel Cain

British rapper Little Simz joins Miu Miu's illustrious roster, starring in the brand's Autumn/Winter 2024 campaign alongside the incredible Ethel Cain and Cara Delevingne. Following her impressive runway debut with Miu Miu at Paris Fashion Week earlier this year, Simz now graces the campaign captured by Los Angeles-based photographer Zoë Ghertner. Known for her naturalistic style and powerful portrayals of women, Ghertner captures each subject in a series of authentic and compelling portraits.

The campaign also features a diverse cast of influential figures: musician Charlotte Cardin, singer MINNIE, and model Caitlin Soetendal. Each portrait underscores Miu Miu's commitment to authenticity and individuality, a hallmark of Ghertner's acclaimed photographic approach.

Debuting back in March, Miu Miu’s AW24 collection marked a significant shift from the ultra-short micro skirts that Miuccia Prada has highlighted in recent seasons. Instead, the collection embraced a more modest aesthetic, with models adorned in pearl necklaces and holding handbags. However, fashion writer Dominic Cadogan noted that the looks retained a sense of rebellion, with “chic cocktail numbers appearing wrinkled and shirt collars askew.”

While this campaign is Little Simz’s first with Miu Miu, it is Ethel Cain’s second collaboration with the brand. The Southern Gothic singer also appeared in Miu Miu’s AW23 campaign, which featured Mia Goth and Dazed cover star Zaya Wade.

This new campaign showcases Miu Miu’s evolving aesthetic, balancing classic elegance with modern, edgy touches, and highlights the brand's ability to fuse high fashion with genuine, relatable storytelling.
